What We Do
We prosecute injury claims due to negligence in auto accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, refinery accidents, maritime accidents, and more. We also defend the rights of those arrested for crimes, be it a misdemeanor or a felony. We provide you with excellent one on one attention to your case, and will always remain available to you throughout the process.
In Texas, due to the current climate with tort reform, it has become increasingly difficult to pursue a claim in negligence. The belief “out there” is that ALL lawsuits are frivolous lawsuits.
I believe that litigation should be discouraged and compromise encouraged, and that the attorney, as a peacemaker, has that opportunity when advising his client, pointing out that often the nominal winner is the real loser in fees, expenses and waste of time. Having said that, I do not agree with the current trend today that all lawsuits are frivolous, as some are certainly necessary in light of negligence, in some cases gross negligence, and the damages and type of injuries sustained, or even the inability to get the defendant or the insurance company to play fair on their end.
In criminal law, and defending those charged with a misdemeanor or felony offense in the state of Texas, the prosecution has all the tools necessary to insure a conviction. The job of a criminal defense attorney is to ensure that all of the constitutional and statutory rights of the accused are safeguarded. Aside from any real legal position, as to the charge, having an attorney who understands this principle is important.

This firm will handle the prosecution of claims stemming from personal injury cases involving the smallest car accident to those involving commercial trucking/18-wheeler accidents where the injuries are known to be severe.

Auto Accidents, 18-Wheeler Accidents, Maritime Injuries, Fatalities and Cases Involving Someone Else's Negligence
Our first concern with your claim is your health. We cannot properly evaluate the value of your case, nor should we attempt to do so, until you are done treating. You cannot rush your recovery, and remember that once you settle your case your recourse ends.
Sometimes mistakes happen, and when they do, we are there to help.
